PJ Miller’s online customer service hours are 9am to 5pm (AEST), Monday to Friday.

Ordering and Delivery
PJ Miller uses Australia Post. We offer standard ($9.00 small, $12.00 medium, $15.00 large) and EXPRESS ($12.00 small, $16.00 medium, $19.50) delivery options at the checkout.
Orders received before mid day will be dispatched the same day, orders received after mid day will go the next day – if a garment is not available we will advise you immediately.
We try to dispatch Express Orders on the same day they are received.
Our postal charges for the shopping cart are calculated using Australia Post rates above.
If you have an Australia Post box, please use it for delivery of orders.
If your post box is not secure at home, please make arrangements to have your order delivered elsewhere where it is secure, as we are unable to guarantee delivery to addresses which are not secure.
PJ Miller is not responsible for the item delivery and does not accept responsibility for an item once it has left our premises.
Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as theft or damage, or a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place.
All care is taken to ensure that pricing is current and accurate at time of upload, however we take no responsibility for typographical errors. Any incorrect pricing will be immediately corrected upon notification to PJ Miller.
Online Payment Methods
PJ Miller accepts payment by credit card (Mastercard, Visa & American Express) securely processed via the eWAY online payment gateway.
PJ Miller accepts that sometimes a garment is not right for you and you wish to return it for a full refund or exchange.
Please return to us unwashed and unworn within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the cost of the garment or arrange an exchange.

All garments must be returned in their original condition.
If a garment is faulty, please let us know as soon as possible – do not wash or wear it.
Please let us know (by email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 02 4862 2520) so we can expect your parcel, offer you assistance and in the case of an exchange, put another size or garment aside for you.
Our Returns Policy does not apply to garments which have been worn, used or damaged after delivery.
Customers will be responsible for shipping garments back to us for refund or exchange.
