PJ Miller is an Australian family-owned business that began in 2005 in Bowral, NSW, originally under the name Bowral Boxers.
As our collections grew beyond our signature men’s boxers, the business evolved into PJ Miller to reflect our wider range of sleepwear and cotton essentials.
Inspired by the relaxed lifestyle of the Southern Highlands of NSW, we began with an Australian-made range of boxer shorts for men, with a commitment to one enduring principle — beautifully made garments crafted from 100% cotton.
Today, PJ Miller offers a thoughtfully curated collection including our Australian-made boxer shorts and nightshirts for men and women, alongside premium fine cotton sleepwear for men, women, and children during the Christmas season.
Designed for comfort, quality, and timeless everyday living, our collections celebrate the natural feel and breathability of pure cotton.

Our pure cotton boxer shorts have elastic waists and double stitched seams.
They are all made in beautiful, fine-quality cottons

Our women’s & girls’ shorts are made in soft pure 100% cotton.
They are cut lower on the waist than the men’s and boys’ and can be worn just about anywhere – to the shops, to the beach, to sleep in, under school uniforms or for lounging around the house

Nightshirts
Men’s nightshirts are available in 3 styles in sizes Small to 3XLarge
Mandarin collar:
- left pocket
- generous 3 button placket
- short sleeves for summer, long for winter

V Neck:
- left pocket
- generous 2 button placket
- short sleeves for summer, long for winter
- hem rounded at the sides and finishing just below the knee
Button-through:
- classic shirt collar
- left pocket
- full button centre opening to the hem
- short sleeves for summer, long for winter
- hem rounded at the sides and finishing just below the knee
Women’s nightshirts are also available in 2 styles: a Mandarin collar and a round neckline.
They are available in sizes XSmall to 3XL.
Our nightshirts are a generous fit for women as they are made from the same pattern as our men’s nightshirts, eg. if you normally wear a women’s medium, a small should be more than comfortable.

French Country Cotton Sleepwear
We offer a large range of beautiful pure cotton French Country nighties and brunch coats in generous sizes 8-10 to 22-24.
These garments are beautifully made featuring French seams, hand embroidery, ribbons and lace and come in a range of different weights from pure lightweight voile and hailspot to broderie anglaise, cambric and brushed cottons for winter warmth.
Arabella Sleepwear
Offering a selection of pretty and feminine with bright and colourful pure cotton nighties and robes in a variety of styles and lengths to suit everyone. Some nighties can be worn as day dresses as these bright colourful prints look great during the day.
